Seven Deadly Sins

The Seven Deadly Sins include Wrath, Greed, Sloth, Pride, Lust, Envy and Gluttony these sins were created in early Christian times to try and teach others on how to be in life and general. One of the biggest films to include and embrace the Seven Deadly Sins is of course Se7en. Directed by David Fincher (The Social Network, Fight Club, and The Curious Case of Benjamin Button) and Starring Brad Pitt, Morgan Freeman and Kevin Spacey this is without a doubt a classic scary film!

In this film we see two detectives (Morgan and Brad) in search of a serial killer who uses the seven deadly sins as the narrative behind each of his murders, the chemistry between the two detectives is fantastic as one is about to retire from the detective world, and another is a rookie to the detective world, this creates a fantastic start to this iconic film. In this film we see a lot of graphic deaths due to the nature of the killings and the detectives do their best to piece each murder scene together, a sin at a time they try and see through these graphic deaths to piece everything together.

Sadly all of these events bring the two homicide detectives to a deranged and insane ending, when they find their serial killer John Doe played by Kevin Spacey, he describes himself as a Sword of God who simply wants to hand out punishments to those who have sinned in his eyes.
