Delivery

Following the success of our 3 day service we intend to continue to run this service until further notice sending our consignments using Interlink Express Courier Services.

As with all our guaranteed services this delivery service has a 3pm cut-off.

Our delivery policy aims to provide you with a range of options for delivery from our standard service which is free for orders over £25 to premium services giving next working day or Saturday deliveries.

All of our deliveries we have a one-time charge for the delivery regardless of size or weight of the order, the charge will depend on the delivery service you select.

As long as you live in a UK postcode area you can select from any of our UK services, British Forces serving abroad can use our BFPO service and we offer a service for customers within the European Union for international delivery for items below 2kg.

NOTE:
If an attempted delivery is made within the timescale for our premium delivery service no refund can be claimed because no-one was available to sign for the package on that specified day. If the package is returned to us due to no collection or second attempted re-delivery especially by Interlink Express further charges will apply as per our Store Policies.

Standard Service - Up to 7 Business Working Days

This is our cheapest service with packages sent by Royal Mail 1st Class. Free delivery over £25.

Royal Mail First Class is not a guaranteed service but Royal Mail state that they "aim to deliver all Royal Mail First Class items within 1 to 3 days anywhere in UK but it can take up to 15 working days".

Delivery Charges

• Delivery times not guaranteed with no claim for loss until after 15 business working days from date of posting.
• Delivery days Monday to Saturday
• Allow up to 7 business working days for delivery.
• You will need to collect from local Post Office if no-one is available at delivery time if the parcel is too large for your postbox.
• Proof of Postage is emailed on despatch of your items

Express (2 Day Guarantee)

We use a combination of Royal Mail Special Delivery and Interlink Express depending on the order size and weight to provide a guaranteed, and cost effective delivery. To ensure delivery items are always sent on a 24 hour service and are despatched on either the day of order or the following day to guarantee our 2 day response.

This service has a daily cut-off at 3pm although you can email or phone after this time to check if we are still accepting orders.

3 Day Super Saver

We generally use Interlink Express and supplement with Royal Mail Special for off-shore area (Belfast, Channel Islands, Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man etc) on the order size and weight to provide a guaranteed, and cost effective delivery. To ensure delivery items are always sent on a 24 hour service and are despatched within 2 working days to guarantee our 3 day response.

This service has a daily cut-off at 3pm although you can email or phone after this time to check if we are still accepting orders.

Saturday Guarantee

We use a combination of Royal Mail Special Delivery and Interlink Express depending on the order size and weight to provide a guaranteed, and cost effective delivery. To ensure delivery items are always sent on Friday using a 24 hour service with the additional Saturday guarantee premium service.

This only applies to UK Residential addresses with full postcode.

NOTE: BUSINESS ADDRESSES DO NOT APPLY WITH THIS SERVICE.

This service has a daily cut-off at 1pm on Friday each week although you can email after this time to check if we are still accepting orders.

BFPO: British Forces Post Office

We are very happy to send to BFPO addresses and believe that those serving abroad should not be penalised by additional postage costs, so if you want to use a BFPO address please select our standard service (which includes the free delivery) and we will get the items out to you as quickly as possible using the BFPO network.

We ask that all BFPO customers allow sufficient time for receipt of goods, especially non destinations outside Europe.

This service does not carry any guaranteed delivery schedules and is subject to confirmation and availability, please email before placing your order to confirm the service is available.

This service has a flat rate cost of £15.00 per order.
